Our range
One glove. Four sizes. No guesswork.
Every Lockout box carries the same specification. Pick the size your staff actually wear and the packing stays predictable across the whole range.
Lockout Examination Gloves — Extra Large
Why Lockout
Built for people who order by the carton.
A hospital or a distributor does not lose a glove to a slightly off cuff finish. Lockout is specified so the box you receive matches the box you ordered.
Consistent specification
One material, one length, one cuff style across Small to Extra Large, so sizing stays predictable when you reorder.
Ready stock, quick dispatch
Standard sizes held ready, so repeat orders do not wait on a production cycle. Talk to us for current lead times.
Bulk & distributor terms
Carton pricing, mixed-size cartons and distributor arrangements for dealers and institutional buyers.
Material & quality
Natural rubber latex, made for long shifts.
Lockout examination gloves are made from natural rubber latex and supplied powder-free, so there is no starch or calcium carbonate dust left on skin or on the surfaces you are about to touch.
- Powder-free. No added starch or chalk powder, which also matters for latex-sensitive users.
- Beaded cuff. Holds its shape after donning and keeps the cuff from rolling down during use.
- Four graded sizes. Palm width is measured across the glove, so ordering by size is repeatable.
- Retail and carton packing. Box quantities for clinics, carton quantities for distributors.
Where they are used
One box, many settings.
Lockout examination gloves are specified for routine, non-sterile protection across the places where hands do the work.
Size guide
Order by palm width, not by guess.
Measure the width of your palm across the knuckles and match it to the column below. Values are the typical finished-glove measurements for this range.
| Size | Palm width | Total length | Pieces per box | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Small | 70 ± 5 mm | 240 ± 10 mm | 100 | Small hands, pediatrics |
| Medium | 80 ± 5 mm | 240 ± 10 mm | 100 | Most common adult size |
| Large | 90 ± 5 mm | 240 ± 10 mm | 100 | Larger hands, high-volume users |
| Extra Large | 100 ± 5 mm | 240 ± 10 mm | 90 | Very large hands |

How it is made
Five stages between the latex and the box.
Compounding
Latex is blended and matured to a stable viscosity before dipping begins.
Dipping
Formers carry a single layer of latex, then a second for double weight.
Drying
Cured in a heated tunnel so the film sets and the cuff takes its shape.
Inspection
Visual and measurement checks on weight, length and cuff before packing.
Packing
Counted, boxed and cartoned, with the size printed on every box.
